DJ Fokis

DJ Fokis began his influential career as a local DJ working with local/college radio stations and running the local DJ battle scene during the late 1990s. DJ Fokis also was a talented graffiti artist. DJ Fokis credits himself as a “Triple Threat”' DJ. Triple Threat represents the future of turntablism championship-level skills at scratching and beat-juggling they also know how to rock a party, produce music and create original compositions with two turntables. They are not just DJ’s, turntablists, producers, musicians or club DJ’s, they encompass all aspects. In 2006 and 2007, DJ Fokis released 2 controversial yet successful underground albums with legendary Death Row Records. He was also awarded hardest working DJ for the Midwest category from an East coast radio station right aside West Coast DJ Skee. DJ Fokis assisted in delivering new releases from artist from industry labels from Bad Boy Entertainment, Aftermath Entertainment, and Shady Records to radio and online consumers. DJ Fokis currently holds a corporate relationship with Red Bull North America, Inc. where he oversees the entertainment aspects of events. His involvement so far has earned him top position in working with top industry artist such as Black Milk, Madlib, 9th Wonder, Stat Quo, and many more. DJ Fokis is a dominant force in his DJ community earning the respect of old and new school DJs across the globe. He is currently in the process of working on studio album release date and title TBD.
